Breakfasts
Breakfast is served - any time between 7:00 and 9:30am – in the
dining-room you will enjoy your breakfast at a beautiful inlaid slate
table, with large French windows opening onto the local, blue sandstone
patio, an extensive garden where planting is in progress - and farmland
beyond…. but what a breakfast!
Stephen, is a lecturer at the North Highland College in Thurso, running
their restaurant facility. He
will prepare a sumptuous, cooked breakfast from your choice of a wide selection
of locally-sourced, wholesome produce. Smoked salmon, haddock and other
delicacies are available to order.
If
you’re a lucky angler - and Caithness has some of the best salmon, trout and
sea-fishing anywhere – we’ll cook your catch for supper.
